Trade-In Service:
We are happy to provide an opportunity for all new bike purchase customers to trade in their used bike for a credit towards the purchase of a new bike. This is a good faith service designed to benefit our customers in an additional fashion.
Policies:
- Trade-In acceptance and value will be determined on an individual basis.
- Trade-In value may be applied only to the purchase of a new bicycle.
- Trade-In assessment will only be done in person.
- Adventure Cycles does not buy used bicycles.
Reasonable Expectations:
Adventure Cycles is proud to offer this benefit to our customers in a responsible way. We will refuse a Trade-In that has suffered damage or wear that has advanced the the stage of being unsafe. Trade-In value will reflect our best ability to provide the greatest value for our customers under a wide range of circumstances. We are always happy to look over your bicycle and work with our customers in every available way.
