Adventure Cycles Lifetime Service
With every new bicycle purchased at Adventure Cycles. We include a Free Lifetime Adjustment Service. We believe in the products we sell, and want to keep them operating smoothly for you. Our Free Lifetime Adjustment Service includes readjusting brakes, gears, hubs, and bearings, spot truing the wheels, inflating tires, and lubricating the chain. This service is guaranteed for as long as you own the bike.
Forms of Payments
We accept the following forms of payments:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit, and Personal Checks from Georgia with proper ID.
• Please note that there is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks and we reserve the right to refuse any check for any reason.
Layaway Policy
• 20% down payment.
• Make a payment every 2 weeks for 90 days or until paid off.
• All layaways are final after 10 days, 15% of price, restocking fee if canceled during the first 10 days.
Return Policy
• All sales are final after 10 days.
• Receipt of purchase must be presented for any store credits or merchandise exchanges.
• No bike exchanges after they are used.
• No returns on car racks if box or product has been opened.
• No refunds or returns on any electrical parts.
Service Policy
All repairs that are not picked up after 30 days become the property of Adventure Cycles.
